Transition Resources

Windsor transition services are focused on a person-centered planning approach. This approach is to assist our students to reach their desired outcomes. It focuses on guiding our students to be aware of their strengths, needs, interests, and preferences which relate to their employment opportunities and post-secondary education. It incorporates independent living skills, community awareness as well as social relationships.  Presently, Windsor students are given an opportunity to work in a variety of employment fields to introduce them to prospective careers. The Windsor Transition team is comprised of highly qualified professionals including a Transition Coordinator, Job Coaches, and Social Workers.
