Time to Move!

It feels good to exercise and gym class is the perfect place to do that. We are back in the swing of things here at Windsor and everyone is happy to get up and go whenever possible.

Celebrating a Pioneer Artist

Our students are learning about the techniques of Alma Thomas, an expressionist painter, a devoted art educator, and the first African American woman to have a solo exhibit at the Whitney Museum of American Art. Thomas, who started painting seriously at age 69, was known for her powerful color choices.

A Fresh Start

We decided to redesign our flower garden this year. Teamwork is very important when it comes to these projects and everyone is enthusiastic about digging in and doing their part. It will take some time and hard work, but we are all looking forward to seeing how it turns out.

Up, Up, and Away

It was a such beautiful day to have gym class outside.  After doing a series of warm-up exercises, students tried to see how far they could jump. Maybe some of them will be inspired to join track one day!

Back to School in 2020

Whether in person or at home, our students are going to have an amazing experience this year. We are excited about trying new things and growing together as a school community.  Here’s to the start of an incredible year!
