Music in the Air

Learning to play an instrument can be very exciting. Whether strumming a guitar, striking a bar on a xylophone, tapping a drum, or pressing piano keys, many of our students enjoy taking music lessons. Annual concerts and talent shows provide them with opportunities to perform before a live audience. Our hope is that they will develop a true appreciation for all kinds of music that will last forever.

Gaining Strength as They Go

Each day, our students work hard to improve their skills and learn more about the world. It takes a lot of practice and a positive attitude to do this. We are very proud of their accomplishments, large and small.

A Portrait of Another

The object of the challenge was to study another person’s face and draw a portrait of them. Carefully focusing on all the details, the artists tried to capture the personality of the person staring back at them. It was a fun assignment and they took it very seriously!

A Special Message from PAWS

We heard from a very special group of friends today! PAWS in Hand sent us their warm wishes in a beautiful holiday card. They miss coming to Windsor and can’t wait to come back. We miss them too and hope that everyone, including our four-legged friends, is staying safe and healthy so they can visit us again soon!

Holiday Spirit at Windsor!

We celebrated the holidays with several spirit days. The snowstorm last week gave us a reason to get out and play. As always, ugly sweaters and pets were a huge hit. We wish everyone a happy and safe break with their families. See you in 2021!

A Season of Giving

This winter, we partnered with the Pompton Lakes Rotary Club to help those in need of food, clothing, and toys. We were grateful for the opportunity to help brighten the season for as many families as possible.

Students Receive Kudos

We recognized our students for their achievements in academics, music, art, physical education, perfect attendance, kindness, and class participation. We are so proud of their hard work and encourage everyone to do their best, even during these difficult times.

Knock, Knock, Who’s There?

Homerooms were challenged to decorate their classroom door for Halloween. Everyone joined in the fun and our hallways quickly filled with the spirit of the season. Awards were presented for the most creative, funniest, creepiest, and best overall designs.

Fabulous Fall Fest Fun!

We celebrated the season with a host of fun activities. Pumpkin painting, festive games, and time to relax were all part of the plan as we embraced the chance to enjoy this special time of year.
