Preparing for the Future

With graduation only a few months away, our seniors have begun visiting local colleges. This experience is a very important part of the final year of high school and we want everyone to be aware of the exciting options that lie ahead. Our transition team works hard to ensure that students will feel prepared as they reach this special milestone in their lives.

The Social Aspect

We believe in the value of providing opportunities for our students to socialize. On Valentine’s Day, we celebrated by having a winter social. People danced, sang, played games, created art, and more. It was a great way to relax together before our winter break.

Celebrating Success

We are so inspired by the talents, creativity, and determination of our students. We are grateful for the opportunity to help lead them towards a bright future.  It was nice to recognize their many accomplishments at a recent special awards assembly.

Lending a Hand…Learning a Skill

Our high school students are working on some special projects at the New Weis Center. This unique learning experience is truly beneficial to both of us. As each task is checked off the list, the students will be able to add new skills to their own personal toolboxes.

Karate Offers Valuable Life Lessons

Besides building strength, karate can help to increase confidence and self-esteem. A dedicated karate instructor teaches us the importance of staying focused, respecting others, and improving our overall well-being.  Our students enjoy participating in this special activity a few times throughout the school year.

Pups Warm our Hearts

Just like people, some dogs are more fortunate than others. Although we often have no idea what a dog has been through in its life, we do know that it needs love and encouragement.  Our students are always more than happy to provide that. Although it takes longer for some pups to warm up than others, they usually come around and accept what we have to offer. This is so important because it makes them more adoptable.

Seniors Win for Most School Spirit!

We challenged our students and staff to show their school spirit by wearing a specific color to represent their grade. Congratulations to our senior class for showing the most spirit with 100% participation. We are excited to see who it will be next month!

Go Wildcats!

Our high school basketball season is underway and it has been going very well. For some of our seniors, this is their fourth year, but for others, it’s a brand new experience. Led by our friendly mascot, the team is working together and having a good time. Everyone is really looking forward to the next game.

The Man in the Red Suit

Students were very curious about our special visitor today. With his plush red suit, long white beard, tall black boots, and jolly personality, Santa quickly attracted everyone’s attention.  He listened closely to wishes and answered many clever questions.  The sense of wonder and excitement that he created was magical. We wish all of you a very happy and safe holiday season!

A Winter Delight

Our winter concert left everyone feeling a little bit lighter today. The assortment of classic and modern songs was perfectly arranged and kept the audience entertained. Our singers and musicians kept the beat going strong as we clapped along. As a special treat, our principal made a cameo appearance and joined the show. It was an amazing display of talent that impressed everyone in the theater.
